Every reusable water bottle comes with a card detailing how to look after your bottle, but if you’re still unsure, simply wash the inside with warm soapy water, rinse with cold water and leave to dry. Please do not soak, and do not put in a dishwasher.
Our reusable travel coffee cups are dishwasher safe. You can either place them in the dishwasher’s top shelf on the lowest setting, or you can wash them and leave to soak in warm soapy water.
Before using your water bottle, please check your that your o-ring is fitted correctly to the cap and is not in any way damaged. If you notice any damage, please contact Bullfrog before use. If for any reason you remove your o-ring, please ensure that the chamfered side of the o-ring points downwards towards the bottom of the cap when re-fitting, and that it locates into the groove.

This is normal! It is a very snug fit, but they will go on – our carry clips are deliberately snug so that the silicone part of the clip does not move around, which could cause damage over time.

An ice bath, also known as cold water immersion or cryotherapy, involves immersing your body in cold water, typically with ice or very cold water, for a specific duration.
Ice baths are often used for recovery and therapeutic purposes. They can help reduce muscle soreness, inflammation, and improve recovery after intense physical activity or workouts.
Cold water therapy works best with the right mixture of time and temperature, as an example, if you are in water with a temperature of 10*c, we would recommend staying in for no more than 10mins.
Examples –
1°C = 1min submersion
3°C = 3min submersion
5°C = 5min submersion
10°C = 10min submersion
In addition to muscle recovery, ice baths are thought to offer benefits like increased alertness, improved mood, and potential calorie burning. However, more research is needed to confirm these effects.
Ice baths can be safe when done correctly, but there are risks involved, such as hypothermia or skin issues if not monitored. It’s crucial to follow safety guidelines and not stay in an ice bath for too long.
Yes, ice baths are believed to aid in muscle recovery by reducing inflammation and muscle soreness. They may also help improve circulation and decrease the risk of injury.
People with certain medical conditions like Raynaud’s disease, cold allergies, or circulatory problems should avoid ice baths. Pregnant women and those with heart conditions should also consult a doctor before trying them.
Yes, it actually come with a Thermo lid as well as an all-weather cover.
Yes you definitely can!
if you want your water to last longer, Bromine tablets or powder can extend the usable time up to one month.
Bromine is more skin-friendly than chlorine in cold water, and you will only need a tiny amount to be effective.
Super easy!
simply use a garden hose, bucket and fill away, we would recommend filling up around 80% full.
On average dependant on your water pressure your Bullfrog ice bath should take between 20/25mins to fill-up.
We recommend either adding ice or ice packs to reduce the temperature further.
Our baths are very well insulated so will maintain the water temperature for longer.
