We hope you’re Bullfrog experience has been nothing but amazing but if you’re struggling to find the information needed, we’ve put together a handy FAQ guide below.

Every bottle comes with a insert card on how to look after your bottle, but if you are still unsure, simply wash the inside with warm soapy water and rinse with cold water and leave to dry. Please do not soak and do not put in a Dishwasher.

These products are dishwasher safe. You can either place in the dishwasher (top shelf) on the lowest setting, or you can wash them and leave them to soak in warm soapy water.

Before use, please check your O-RING is fitted correctly to the cap and is not in any way damaged. If you notice any damage, please contact Bullfrog before use. If for any reason you remove your o-ring, please ensure that the chamfered side of the o-ring points downwards towards the bottom of the cap when re-fitting and that it locates into the groove.

We would recommend water as some liquids can leave an odour, but if you wanted to have it as a hot drinks bottle, then go for it. Coffee, teas anything like that is cool as our bottles will keep your hot drink hot for 12hrs.

But please try to avoid dairy or carbonated drinks as these will leave an odour or cause gas to build up in the bottle and may lead to the lid popping off.

Is that normal – yes definitely, it is a very snug fit but they will go on, it has to be snug so the silicone part of the clip does not move around which could cause it to split.

It sure does, every bullfrog bottle comes with a clip included in the price because we believe in offering the whole package! Clip colors can vary from red, black, silver or green.

As a family business our children were involved in picking the bottles and we wanted to name 4 of them after them. Alfie, Jessie , Del and the bow bottle.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email to say it has been processed and is on route, if your within the UK you should receive your order within 2-4 working days, for all other information please seeing our shipping and delivery page.

Unfortunately Bullfrog does not deliver to forwarding addresses or PO boxes.

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product that’s cool we can issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please return it in unused condition and proof of purchase will be required. We do not offer free returns. Please see our returns policy for further information.

Yes, we use royal mail signed for on all our U.K deliveries and signed for tracked on all orders outside the U.K.

At present we use Royal Mail for all our postage, every item will require a signature.

Once you have received the confirmation email stating your order has been processed orders usually take between 2-11 working days to receive.
