What is Bullfrogs returns policy?
If you are one of our amazing customers who have purchased or received a product directly from our website www.bullfrogbottles.com and would like to return it, that’s no problem. A refund can be issued within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items must be in perfect and unused condition and proof of purchase is required. Shipping is not included in our returns policy and we sadly can’t accept refunds for personalised bottles or products.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, simply return your Bullfrog product in its original packaging and unused, to:

Please make sure you include your order number and list your reason for return.
Shipping is not included in our returns policy. We strongly suggest returning your Bullfrog product via Royal Mail ‘signed for’ or ‘tracked’ service or use a courier that provides a tracking service. We cannot be held responsible for any return items that are lost in the post.
How long do returns take?
Please allow 7-10 working days from the day that your items are received by Bullfrog for us to process your return.
